A Day In The Life — brought to you by What Comes Next? LLC

What should
I call you?

Tell me how your days actually go, and bring the file your tracker already has. You get back a plan written against what you did — not what a template assumed. It runs on hardware I own, in my house; your file is read, summarised and thrown away, and it never reaches a third party because there isn't one.

02 — The point

What's your six week
success story?

Six weeks from now, what do you want to be able to say? Your words, not fitness words. If it's "stop getting winded on the stairs" or "get my deadlift back", write that.

03 — The shape of it

Walk me through
your day.

When you get up, when you move, when you sleep. How many days you can realistically train, and how long you get. Messy is fine — the mess is the useful part, and this is the last thing I'll ask you for.

Tell me what you eat, too — breakfast or no breakfast, what lunch actually looks like, what happens after dinner. Half of this is food.

04 — Where it goes

Where should
I send it?

It gets written and sent the moment it's ready, whether or not this tab is still open. You can close it.

I keep your name, address and goal so I can send this and follow up about it. Nobody else gets them, and you can have them deleted any time by replying to the email. Your uploaded file is still read, summarised and thrown away.

Working

Reading it
